This service includes daily monitoring and expediting of shipments and development of solutions to repetitive service failures and choke points. Bad orders are addressed and clients are offered the option to replace cars that incur heavy bad orders. Reports are tailored to the specific needs of the clients.Additional services that are available include:
- Fleet optimization studies are performed annually to confirm the size of the fleet or to right size the fleet, using our fleet optimization model, ORBITOR™.
- Audit of charges assessed by the railroads for excess empty miles.
